barger family

do not train boys to learning by force and harshness, but lead them by what amuses them, so that they may better discover the bent of their minds.

another wonderful shoot with mary anne & her boys.  i had the pleasure of shooting this family back when their twins were just barely one.  it’s unbelievable to think a year’s gone by since the last time i spent an afternoon with them.  they’ve grown so much!  though the day started off a bit rough-smiles were sparse (as the first photo dictates perfectly)-we broke through & had a wonderful time counting on the abacus in the playground, rolling around in the grass & collecting flowers around the park.  all in all it made for a fantastic shoot!
